In roaring twenties Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband Amos to take the rap…until he finds out he’s been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another “Merry Murderess” Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the “American Dream”: fame, fortune and acquittal. This sharp edged satire features a dazzling score that sparked immortal staging by Bob Fosse.

  1. Congratulations Marisha!

  2. I love the musical, Chicago! Was in a production of it back in the 90’s in Florida and was one of the murderesses!

  3. Joe Ferrusi says:

    The performers were incredible!
They really just did an incredible job. They were phenomenal really. That was the first time that I ever went to a play and I am not really the kind of person that goes to plays and I really did not like the theme of the play I thought that it was kind of dumb but the performers were like champion athletes giving just a great performance, I am really glad that I went and recomend it for others just because of how good the performers were even though I guess it is over now.

    • Joe, I thought it was a great show, too! Not just because my daughter Marisha was in it, but because the entire production and all the performers and musicians were wonderful. Thanks for posting your comment! I hope you get to see another show sometime that you like as well!
